2011
Inception phase
Founded Yunnan Zunke Trading Co., Ltd. in Kunming in 2011, engaging in coffee terminal services, and registered the trademark "FIKE Coffee".
2012
Terminal service provider role
Registered the trademark "Balai Coffee" in 2012. The company changed its name and became the Yunnan agent for several brands of coffee machines. It established cooperation with veteran coffee shops such as Shangdao Coffee and Laiker, and in the same year became a stable supplier for Kunming airline catering.
2013
Coffee brand store
In 2013, a Bali Coffee Bookshop was opened in Chenggong University Town, Kunming.
2014
Involved in deep processing
In 2014, in Kunming Economic and Technological Development Zone, invested in a coffee deep processing factory and engaged in coffee processing services. In the same year, founded the Bali Coffee Master Training School. Became a national coffee skills qualification appraisal point in Yunnan, vice chairman unit of China Coffee Bean Association, and member unit of Yunnan Coffee Industry Association.
2017
Focus on deep processing
In 2017, the processing plant was expanded to 3000 square meters, the QS certification was replaced with SC certification, and the market launch of Balai brand products and processing services progressed steadily.
2024
The dream continues
Relocated to the Shanghai-Yunnan Lingang Science and Technology City in 2024 to further expand workshop area, upgrade equipment, and production lines. A team passionate about coffee continues-------
